Phil Foden has marked another agreement with Manchester City which will keep the Britain midfielder at the club until 2027.

The 22-year-old’s past arrangement was expected to terminate in 2024.
Foden has scored 52 objectives in 182 games since making his presentation in November 2017 subsequent to arising as one of City’s most brilliant foundation items.

Stockport-conceived Foden, who has scored two objectives in 18 covers for Britain, has won 11 prizes with City, including four Chief Association titles, four EFL Cups and the FA Cup.
He has likewise won the Chief Association Youthful Player of the Time and PFA Youthful Player of the Year grants in every one of the last two seasons.

Talking on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Friday Football social, partner Kyle Walker said Foden’s new agreement was “completely merited”.
“Phil has shown restraint, he’s sat and scholarly. A great deal of players would have become disappointed. I can’t actually recall when he said he played for the stores, [it was] simply gaining from any semblance of David [Silva], Bernardo [Silva], Kevin [de Bruyne].
“He’s taken everything in and retained it like a wipe. He’s showing it now – I don’t think his ability was at any point being referred to – yet to be in the top 10% of players it’s about the psyche.”
